Architect Fletcher Priest’s vision for the refurbishment of 40 Eastbourne Terrace has been brought to life.

The 1960s west London office development has been given a new lease of life with a striking glass and terracotta exterior and dramatic spiral staircase in the entrance atrium.

Electrical Contractor Gratte Brothers installed Philips’ LightMaster control system in the scheme, meeting the need for a system that was flexible enough to cater for any upgrades or additions needed in the rentable space.
