Seventy-seven housebuilders, developers and contractors have tendered for a place on the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) £5bn Delivery Partner Panel framework.

The HCA is tendering for four regional frameworks and said it received between 36 and 48 applications per regional panel, with up to 25 expected to win a place on each. The panel will run from January next year.

The HCA said completed pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) had been sent by large national and smaller regional housebuilders, as well as developers, housing associations and construction companies with an interest in development.

It said it hoped to be able to determine the outcome of the PQQs by the end of July, with invitations to tender to be issued “after the summer break”.
