This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Stephen Willmore, associate director at Assael Architecture. The sketch shows Assael’s plans for the Grade II-listed, derelict former thirties Regal cinema in Kingston Upon Thames, having won planning to incorporate a mix of uses including a number of spectacular residential apartments suspended above the auditorium.
