This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Félicie Krikler, associate director at Assael Architecture.
The sketch gives a bird’s-eye view of Portland Place, London, and is one of about two dozen aerial views of the capital that Krikler has drawn. She explained that she is fascinated by maps and finds London particularly interesting from the air as it highlights its mixed and varied townscape. This sketch was a commission for a local resident.
