The contract involves the design, construction, management and operation of a facility to include downhill runs that can be used for downhill riding/free-riding.

It will be built at Gethin Woods, Aberfan, Merthyr Tydfil, Rhondda Cynon Taff and will also include onsite buildings from which the commercial venture can operate.

The contract will last for two years and will be open to between three and six firms.

Tender documents have to be submitted by 27 May at 13.00 and invitations to tender will be sent out to selected candidates on 10 June.
