The Building Homes Quality Awards ceremony has established itself as one of the industry’s most glittering occasions, with housebuilders, housing associations, architects, social housing providers and others all enjoying the high quality presentation and a wonderful dinner. Organised by Building in association with The Housing Forum, the award ceremony is your chance to find out which organisations are leading the way in the housing sector.

• Channel 4 4Homes Award - for best private development of the year (as voted by visitors to Channel 4 website), sponsored by Wolseley Centres
• Urban Housing development of the year
• Rural housing development of the year
• Best public/private sector partnership, sponsored by National Property Solutions
• Outstanding Housebuilder of the year (1000 or less homes a year)
• Private House builder of the year, sponsored by Zurich Financial Centres
• Affordable Housing Provider of the year, sponsored by Bank of Scotland
