Ernst & Young has announced that Malcolm Bairstow will lead its global construction and infrastructure practice. He was previously an advisory partner at the firm.
Michael Gray has been appointed by surveyor Fugro Aperio as a construction materials consultant. Gray previously worked at inspecting and testing company MG Associates.
Architects
Jeannie Lee has been promoted to director for the London office of Rafael Viñoly Architects. Lee replaces John Drew, who has departed the firm to start his own architectural practice. Mark Way has also joined Rafael Viñoly as project manager for commercial projects. He previously worked at Aedas.
