SFP administrators appointed to £6.4m turnover builder

SFP Administrators have been appointed at TWC Joinery & Shopfitting Ltd, after the company accrued substantial debts.

The Southampton based company, which has a major contract with B&Q, had built up several large debts including a bill to HMRC. The joinery, merchandising and shopfitting specialist employs around 40 people and has an estimated annual turnover of £6.5 million.

SFP’s Daniel and Simon Plant were appointed joint administrators of the company on January 21st last. Daniel Plant was hopeful of a successful outcome for the company. “We are already in discussions with a number of potential purchasers and are looking to achieve a sale of the business as a going concern.”
