Framework covers jobs worth up to £12m

North London based housing association Newlon is seeking bidders for a framework worth up to £12m.

Works on the framework cover the commercial, residential, leisure and health sectors. There is also a mix of new-build and refurbishment jobs.

The housing association expects to place ten jobs through the new framework, estimated to be worth around £50m altogether.

The latest framework follows on from Newlon’s bigger Create framework, which involves jobs worth more than £12m.

Newlon appointed eleven contractors to the Create framework including Durkan, Willmott Dixon, Countryside, Higgins, Osborne, Galliford Try, Denne, Kier, Mullaley, Hill and United House.

The residential works will mainly cover affordable rent and shared ownership.
