A £225m education framework has been launched by national procurement agency Fusion2.

The Education Modular Buildings Framework will span four years and comprises four lots.

The framework is aiming to provide prefabricated construction solutions to give education providers cost effective and sustainable learning environments.

The submission deadline for the Education Modular Buildings Framework is 5 April at midday and is available on www.mytender.org under notice ID FEB138891

Nick Verburg, procurement and supply chain manager at Fusion21, said: “This framework offers a flexible procurement solution to all education providers and local authorities who are under pressure to accommodate growing student numbers and require either permanent or temporary safe learning spaces.”

The Lots are: Lot 1: Hire of Modular Buildings - Temporary Accommodation; Lot 2: Modular Construction with a value of up to £750,000; Lot 3: Modular Construction with a value between £750,000 and £3m; Lot 4: Modular Construction worth £3m plus.
