The property arm of contractor Bam is to develop a £100m office scheme in the centre of Glasgow designed by architect Cooper Cromar.
Bam Properties said this morning it would jointly develop the 300,000 sq ft scheme in Atlantic Square, in partnership with Taylor Clark Properties.
The joint venture is set to seek planning permission for the scheme, which will comprise two commercial buildings, one of ten storeys and one of six storeys, with ground floor retail space.
A third building will comprise retail and residential accommodation.
