BCEG signs contract for first phase of city’s Middlewood Docks development
Chinese builder BCEG has inked an £85m contract to build the first phase of Manchester’s Middlewood Locks residential development.
The first phase comprises 571 homes and associated commercial space, including shops and restaraunts. It is expected to complete in October 2018.
Developer Scarborough’s overall Middlewood Docks development will deliver 2,215 homes and 900,000 sq ft of commercial development, providing a western gateway to Manchester’s central business district.
