Styles & Wood order book up 20%

Increased activity in the banking and commercial sectors have boosted fit-out specialist Styles & Wood’s order book by 20%.

In a trading statement to the City, the firm said its opening order book is up to £32.3m for 2013.

The firm said it was on track to deliver profit forecasts in the second half of the year, despite “exceptionally challenging” trading conditions.

The firm posted a £0.5m loss for the first half of the financial year to 30 June.
