Norman Foster and Jean Nouvel have teamed up to submit a planning application for this mixed-use scheme in the City of London.

The 92,900 m2 Walbrook Square project will replace insurer Legal & General's 1.5 ha Bucklersbury House site. The tallest of the four buildings, on Queen Victoria Street, is designed to resemble clouds and will be 106 m high. If approved, it will be Nouvel's second scheme in the City, after planning permission was recently granted for his One New Change building close to St Paul's Cathedral, for Land Securities.
