Biggest win to date for East Anglia-based maintenance firm

East-Anglia based Foster Property Maintenance has beaten off competition from a string of major contractors to land a housing maintenance framework worth £82m over four years - its biggest win to date.

Foster was the sole firm appointed to the framework, which was awarded by the Eastern Procurement Consortium (EPC) – a consortium of public sector clients in the east of England.

The contractor will deliver property improvements across thousands of homes in the east of England under the framework.

East Anglian public sector clients within the EPC include Colne Housing, Orwell Housing, Suffolk Housing Society, Freebridge Community Housing, Saffron Housing, Norwich council, Victory Housing, Wherry Housing, Cotman Housing Association (Places For People) and Hundred Housing Society.

Steve Foster, director of Foster, said: “We have forged a great working partnership with EPC and their members and are committed to making sure we exceed their expectations on every level over the coming years.”
