Fresh images of £300m Google HQ revealed as Camden council planners recommend Kings Cross building for approval

Camden council planners have recommended Google’s proposed £300m UK headquarters in London’s Kings Cross be granted planning permission.

A council development control committee meeting will be held on Thursday to make a final decision.

The 950,000 sq ft scheme includes 870,681 sq ft of offices; 53,259 sq ft of shops, food and drink facilities and recreation facilities including a roof-top running track and swimming pool.

AHMM is the architect, Bam Construction is the main contractor and Davis Langdon is the cost manager.
