Contractor appointed after funding secured for 232-home scheme
Graham Construction has landed a 232-home PRS job in Manchester.
The contractor was appointed after developer Glenbrook secured a £40m funding deal with investor Moorfield to kick-start the scheme at Ellesemere Street in Castlefield.
The AEW-designed scheme will comprise over 200,000 sq ft of accommodation across three buildings, ranging between eight and 12-storeys.
Construction has begun on site with completion expected in summer 2018.
