The contractor will deliver 677 apartments at Circle Square for JV partnerns Select Property Group and Bruntwood
John Sisk & Son has been appointed as the construction partner on a £247m private rented apartment scheme in Manchester.
The contractor will deliver 677 apartments across two buildings at Circle Square for developer Select Property Group as part of its PRS brand Affinity Living.
The scheme will also house 1,500 m2 of amenity space including lounge areas, co-working spaces, supersized gyms and private entertaining spaces.
Select Property Group is delivering Circle Square in joint venture with Bruntwood.
Mark Oakes, chief commercial officer at Select Property Group, said: “With huge growth plans and an ambitious delivery pipeline across the country, we want to work with partners who share the same drive and determination; we believe Sisk are just that.”
John Sisk & Son regional managing director for UK North and major projects Guy Fowler said the firm was looking forward to bringing its residential expertise to the development.
