Firm appoints managing director for North-west region
Lend Lease has appointed a former Morgan Sindall managing director as boss of its North-west division.
Gordon Ray, who lost his job as Morgan Sindall’s managing director in the North-west last year as part of the contractor’s restructure of its regional businesses, has taken up the role of Lend Lease director for the North-west.
He will report to Lend Lease construction managing director Michael Dyke.
The news comes as Lend Lease’s masterplan for the regeneration of the Heygate estate in Elephant & Castle received planning permission from Southwark council.
The Make-designed scheme, a key part of the £1.5bn regeneration of the area, aims to deliver 2,500 homes by 2025, as well as other facilities.
