Grangewood delivers first listed building refurbishment to receive top sustainability standard
London-based contractor Grangewood has delivered the first listed building to achieve an “outstanding” rating under the BREEAM domestic refurbishment category.
The project at 119 Ebury Street in the capital’s West End achieved the highest scores to date for a domestic refurbishment and is part of client Grosvenor’s wider strategy to reduce emissions from its estate by 50% by 2030, well ahead of government targets.
