Consultancy secures right to bid for building services and advisory roles on projects in the capital

Mott MacDonald has been awarded a place on two NHS London frameworks.

Under the London Procurement Partnership buildings and facilities management professional services frameworks, the company will be able to tender for projects worth up to £5m.

Mott has been named on six lots on the advisory services framework, which are:

  • BREEAM assessment
  • Energy consulting
  • Lighting consulting
  • Specialist services for environmental impact condition monitoring and reporting
  • Fire engineering
  • Facilities management, building operations and asset management consultancy services

The consultancy has also been appointed as multi-disciplinary consultant on the building services framework, through which it will offer cost advisory, project management, mechanical and electrical, civil and structural and construction, design and management services.

Both frameworks run until 2018, with a review in 2016.
