Contractor close to securing luxury residential scheme near Hyde Park Corner
Brookfield Multiplex is being lined up for an £80m luxury residential scheme in London’s Mayfair, Building can reveal.
Building understands the construction arm of asset manager Brookfield is set to be appointed by client Four Leaf to redevelop 4-6 Stanhope Gate near Hyde Park Corner into 20 high-end apartments.
The PLP-designed scheme will see the facades of 5-6 Stanhope Gate retained and includes construction of three basement levels to accommodate a leisure facility. The apartments range from one to four-bed units.
Westminster council granted planning permission for the scheme in June. Hoare Lea is listed as the mechanical and electrical engineer and Robert Bird Group as structural engineer on the project.
