Resi block for students at Winchester School of Art
Osborne and its joint venture partner Student Residence Investments Ltd (SRIL) have completed a new £25m student accommodation block in Winchester.
The 239-room building designed by Architecture PLB contains en-suite rooms with share kitchens and self-contained studios.
The building in Hampshire also features co-working spaces, a leisure and gaming area, and a creative workshop zone that caters for students of Art & Design courses at the Winchester School of Art
Student accommodation and build to rent investor SRIL and Osborne own the building with Amro Real Estate Partners overseeing the investment on behalf of SRIL.
