Following its fall into administration, PC Harrington Contractors Limited has now transferred two of its outstanding contracts to a related company.

KMPG, the administrators for PC Harrington Contractors Limited confirmed the transfer of the two contracts to a trading subsidiary within the PC Harrington Group, but declined to confirm the two jobs in question.

KPMG added: “The transfer should help deliver the completion of some outstanding contracted works and reduce the value of creditor claims in the administration.”

Earlier this month PC Harrington Contractors transferred its largest project, a concrete package at Mace’s Nova scheme in Victoria, to J Coffey Construction and Kilnbridge. Building understands J Coffey also completed outstanding PC Harrington Contractors work at Mace’s South Bank Tower job.

Trade creditors for PC Harrington Contractors are understood to include Mace.
