Crest Nicholson and PRP submit plans

Ipswich scheme

Crest Nicholson and PRP have submitted plans for a £112m garden suburb on the edge of Ipswich.

Based on the same principles as a Garden City, the 1,100-home development will also include a school and a new local centre.

The scheme, called Henley Gate, forms part of a wider 3,500-home urban extension, which will feature a new 30ha country park.

PRP is both the architect and masterplanner on the project. The practice will continue working with Crest Nicholson to carry out the outline application through to detailed design.
