Architect HOK reveals new photos of under-construction super-tall tower in Riyadh

Architect HOK has revealed new photographs of its under-construction super-tall Capital Market Authority Tower in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The 385m-tall, 80-story tower will serve as the headquarters of the government organisation responsible for regulating Saudi Arabia’s capital markets. It will have 73 occupied floors and a gross floor area of 1.9 million square feet.

The building will be the second tallest in Saudi Arabia upon completion in 2017, after the 601m-tall Makkah Clock Royal Tower in Mecca. However, the under-construction kilometre-tall Kingdom Tower in Riyadh will top them both once complete in 2019.
