Riverside flats are first venture by Gerald Ronson’s new outfit

Sir Robert McAlpine has completed a Thames-side development of 116 luxury flats in Westminster.

Riverwalk consists of two curvaceous blocks of six and 17 storeys at the northern end of Vauxhall Bridge, across the river from MI6.

Architect Stanton Williams said the design was inspired by the river.

Three quarters of the one- to four-bed flats have sold, said Gerald Ronson of Ronson Capital Partners, a new investment firm established by the Heron founder. Derwent London was co-developer.

An open weekend for prospective buyers coincides with Open City weekend in London.
