A worker has died on a construction site in Maidenhead where contractor McAleer & Rushe is building an office and hotel development.
Emergency services were called to the site in West Street, Maidenhead, yesterday afternoon, but the injured worker was confirmed dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for McAleer & Rushe said: “We’re saddened by this tragic accident. It would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage.”
The Health and Safety Executive has been notified.
