Now in a brand new format, the prestigious Building Good Employer Guide will identify and showcase the very best companies to work for in the construction industry based on key factors such as employee benefits, diversity and leadership.With a revamped judging process we have a panel of industry experts including Rachel Done, Deputy Director of the UK Contractors Group and Graham Watts, Head of the Construction Industry Council who alongside Building editor Tom Broughton will be judging this year’s entries.
They’ll be looking for companies which show they consider employees’ personal welfare and development including motivation, training and pastoral care. As companies look to expand globally and adapt to the pressure of the new economic climate these areas are becoming more significant.
