Ian Butt has founded a new regeneration and planning consultancy called Trinity PPP. Butt was previously development project director at Basildon council where he was
involved with projects such as the Thames Gateway and Basildon town regeneration.
NG Bailey has recruited Sean Wickens to an executive position at the head of its business development function. Wickens has over 20 years experience having previously held senior roles with

Reza Schuster has been elected to the board of directors for MJP Architects. Schuster leads the residential team at MJP as head of the housing group.
Suppliers
Fireco has appointed Tom Welland commercial director for the company’s building consultancy division. Welland will lead a team that specialises in the facilities management sector.
Mark Baird has joined Bilco as its new sales and marketing manager. Baird has over 25 years’ experience in sales and management including 14 years in construction-related roles.
