Recent Surveying BSc graduates, Conor O’ Connor and Ashley Davidson are self-made entrepreneurs. They’ve been busy building Construction Chat, an on line community for people wanting to work in the construction industry whilst studying at the University of Reading. The unique website facilitates exchange of information between students looking to progress in the construction industry and enables employers to get in touch with students. They are both now working on making it a full-time job, having had some great feedback from potential clients. Its first ever summer school for secondary school pupils was fully booked this year with schools keen to take advantage of the initative.
