Bennetts Associates-designed building in King’s Cross Central development wins BREEAM design rating of ‘outstanding’

A flagship building that is under construction in London’s King’s Cross Central development has won a BREEAM design rating of “outstanding”.

The Five Pancras Square building, built by Kier and designed by Bennetts Associates, is a public building for Camden council, with a swimming pool, leisure centre, library, and council offices.

It is due for completion in 2014.

The construction team also includes QS Davis Langdon, structural engineer AKT2 and M&E engineer Grontmij.
