I am writing to complain about the advert that you placed on a recent online edition of Building magazine.

Your online magazine is one of my favourite sources of information, but one day to my shock and horror I saw a big spider flashing on the right side of the page. I understand that companies want to drag my attention to their products, but this one simply put me off not only from this particular company but from visiting your page at all. I feel the image is not appropriate, especially on the front page.
