Card tricks

Nobody from Prometric (the body running the test for ConstructionSkills) arrived until much later. With no apology, we were rudely called in by the words: “First one, quick.” I sat the test and was told in front of other people: “You failed.” I asked which questions I had failed, and the administrator refused to tell me.

I have now made 16 phone calls and it is impossible to speak to anybody other than call centres operators. I have spoken to several people in the industry and the conclusion we have all come to is that the system is a scam and only exists to crack down on illegal workers.
