What confidence can we have now that we will actually see some direction for PFI this autumn?
The market is desperate for this review to give some form of certainty and direction for the future (PFI review now planned for ‘autumn’, 10 September, www.building.co.uk).
The delays and repeated failures to publish when promised has given out mixed messages about whether this is something the government is truly serious about.
What confidence can we have now that we will actually see something this autumn?
