What is your favourite website?

I visit the Mineral Products Association’s website a lot (www.mineralproducts.org), we work closely with the MPA and I find the website a valuable source of info and updates.

What is your worst digital habit?

I find it very hard to resist checking my emails when I’m on holiday.

iPhone/Blackberry/Android. Which side are you on?

For me, definitely iPhones. I find them easier to use than all the others, and they are the most reliable when I’m working abroad.

Are you into social networking? (linkedin, twitter, facebook etc)

I am active on LinkedIn, I find it to be a valuable resource for keeping connected with business contacts. I’m not a fan of facebook.

Are you on Twitter? If so who do you recommend to follow?

I don’t have a twitter account but others at Lytag Ltd do, and they recommend @aggnetweb for aggregate industry updates, @ukgbc for sustainable building tweets, and we’ll be following @ecobuildUK ahead of Ecobuild 2012.

What is your favourite app?

I regularly use various map apps, as well as a sky news app. I also use one that tells me where the nearest Starbucks is, but I am trying to break the habit.

What is your preferred means of communication? (eg. Email, phone, face to face, text etc)

I use all of these means depending on the circumstance - I communicate face to face or over the phone wherever possible, but sometimes emails and texts are the quickest and simplest ways to make contact.

What did you last buy online?

My last online purchase was for a train ticket between York and London, I always buy travel and hotel tickets online. I also shopped online for some Christmas gifts this year.

PC or Mac?

PCs are definitely better for business use.

Guilty pleasures: Most played tunes from iTunes/Spotify?

I listen to a lot of classical music through my iPhone, but my iTunes are synched with my children’s so I end up going from Vivaldi to David Guetta and Kelly Rowland.
