I agree that the industry is in decline. I thought a trade would serve me for life but now with an ever-increasing amount of red tape I feel that many people like me would opt for another career

It will be a hard winter this year and ultimately a lot of people will leave the trade never to return. I feel sorry for people in apprenticeships as at this rate there will be no work and no future!
