Hays, the leading recruiting expert, consulted candidates, clients and used the specialist knowledge of recruiting experts to compile this comprehensive survey. The salary data was gathered during 2015 from Hays offices across the UK, based on job listings, job offers and candidate registrations. The findings of our benefits survey are based on responses from almost 400 employers and employees working on construction organisations of all sizes throughout the UK.
