Workspace provider The Office Group has opened up its latest site, a former 1980s office block on London’s Pentonville Road which has been given a makeover by dMFK Architects.
The existing building has been extended by fives storeys to eight and includes a state-of-the-art gym, café, library, terraces and roof gardens.
York House is the group’s 38th workspace to open in the UK, the majority of them in London.
Others to work on the scheme included QS Quantem, structural engineer Webb Yates and contractor Collins Construction.
