Missing issue: how do I claim an issue which has been lost in the post?
If an issue of Building gets lost in the post please call our customer services department on 08442 490 280 within 3 months of the issue date and they will replace it for you.

Change of address: how long does it take for a change of address request to be processed?
The mailing data is selected nine days in advance of the issue so we would recommend a minimum notice period of 2 weeks to ensure you dont miss any issues. To change the address where your subscription is delivered email building@servicehelpline.co.uk

Back issues: how can I purchase a back issue?
If you wish to purchase a back issue please contact our customer services team on 08442 490 280.

Expiry date: when will my subscription end?
The expiry date of you subscription can be checked online. Simply log on to www.subscription.co.uk/help/building.
Please make sure you have your subscription number ready. This number is on your welcome letter you receive when you initially subscribe or on the polywrap of each weekly issue.
