Buro Happold will carry out engineering design for the new outpost of the Louvre in Abu Dhabi.

Designed by architect Jean Nouvel, the 24,200m2 museum will be covered by an umbrella-like roof. Buro Happold teams on the project will include services, structural, civil and marine engineers. The building will be designed to be as energy efficient as possible while providing the controlled conditions required for an art gallery.
