A survey of dutyholders under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 found that 54% are not confident that colleagues in their organisations understand their responsibilities.

Almost as many – 47% – doubt whether those colleagues are competent to carry out their CDM 2007 duties, and only 36% said their chief executives are actively sponsoring CDM 2007. The impact study was carried out on behalf of CDM2007.org
