Eaton has released four new consumer units to provide increased RCD protection.

The units are the first offerings in a package designed to extend the Memera 2000 AD range.

The products offer a dual-RCD, variable split-load configuration and residual current protection for all outgoing circuits.

Under the 17th Edition, most circuits will require 30 mA RCD protection.

The latest Memera 2000 AD consumer units include eight-way, 12-way and 15-way dual-RCD split-load units controlled by a 100 A isolator feeding two separate, variable-split, busbar sections. Both are protected by a 30 mA RCD.

The fourth unit is a 12-way, dual-RCD variant that provides a third, three-way busbar section fed directly from the main isolator.
