Enviros has been acquired by the global engineering firm Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM).

A sale and purchase agreement has now been signed and the transaction is expected to be completed within the coming weeks.

According to the firm, recent feedback from SKM clients indicated that almost half think that climate change is a significant short-term risk. SKM has said the move was a direct “response to client needs”.
