Hyde Housing has appointed Jakki Moxham interim chief executive of Hillside Housing Trust, the community-based housing association that will take over from Stonebridge Housing Action Trust. She spent the past year as interim chief executive of Central Walsall Housing Trust.

Tracy Allison has been promoted from group finance director to interim chief executive at Origin Group. Jim McManus, deputy director of finance, will become acting director of finance.

Sebert Cox, former chair of Places for People, has been appointed chair of key-worker housing developer Key Homes.

My old boss Errol Harris, who gave me a lot of positive feedback and advice, and Jackie Kelly, chief executive of Ekaya. She’s a young black woman leading a growing organisation who proves you can get where you want to be whatever your colour or creed.
