Assael Architecture’s £5.3m developement will have 20 flats
Hausman Hughes Contractors has started a £5.3m residential development by Assael Architecture. Clarence Lane in Roehampton, south-west London, will have 20 flats, 10 of which will be for the Metropolitan Housing Trust. Two buildings of three and four-storeys will be built around communal gardens.
