Architect Feilden Clegg Bradley has been awarded the first BREEAM “outstanding” rating for any building in China. The Living Lattice building, for Chinese developer Franshion, features a network of courtyards, gardens and floor plates to enable the whole building to receive daylight and cut energy usage. It forms part of the Meixi Lake Eco City, which is being developed with the help of BRE.
