Consultant signs four-year contract with Aabar Investments to work on 14 developments
Hill International has won a contract to project manage 14 mixed-use and residential developments in Abu Dhabi for Aabar Investments.
The consultant said the four-year contract had an estimated value to Hill of around £8.7m (52m dirhams).
The developments Hill will project manage include six buildings on Al Raha Beach
The 14 projects include: one mixed-use building on Reem Island; six buildings on Al Raha Beach; five buildings in Rawdat Abu Dhabi; and one 45-story residential block and a 23-storey hotel in Saraya.
Raouf S Ghali, president of Hill's international project management group, said: “We are very excited to be involved in these prestigious projects.”
