Contractor gets work underway on 435-bed scheme

Morgan Sindall has begun work on a 435-bed student residence scheme in Southampton.

The contractor is delivering the scheme on Portswood Wood for Select Property Group’s Vita Student brand. It is scheduled to complete in September next year.

The digs include a large social hub, movie room, gym, private dining and study areas.
