Job includes engineering, procurement assistance and site management for manufacturing facility
Mott MacDonald has won a contract from Vinati Organics to provide design and technical knowledge for a manufacturing facility in Chuplun, Mahrashstra, India.
The EPCM contract covers detailed design and engineering, procurement assistance, inspection and site management services.
The facility will be used to help the chemical manufacturer, Vinati Organics, step up production of ATBS, a substance used as a catalyst in acrylic fibre production.
The project is valued at 400 million rupees (£5.4m) and is due for completion by the end of the year.
